Our packages are created to give you the best price with the most popular options, but if none of this options are for you, you can create your own to suit your requirements

k Fill the form with your location, chosen date and estimated number of guests and we will get back to you to confirm the details and to talk about your options
k On the day we will come to set up and style the tent for you at an agreed time. The next morning we'll come back to collect the items
k Please check that you have the space to pitch the tents. Follow our checklist:
1. The footprint of the tents is 2m larger than the tents, as we need 1 meter around the tent for the guy ropes.
The space needed for each tent is as follows:
for the 5m bell tent 7x7 meters
for the Tuareg: 7x6m
for the Emperor: 8x6m
2. The tent can only be pitched in real grass
3. Please make sure there are no overhanging trees near the tent
4. Only to be placed in a private backyard garden, with no public access
k The hiring term is for approximately 48 hours for the Glamping tents or 24 hours for all other tents, unless booked for longer.
k A deposit should be paid on booking to secure your date
k Canvas tents are available to Surrey, West Sussex and part of Hampshire. Delivery is included within 10 miles of GU6.
